Welcome! These terms cover your use of the MaddieDraw app and this website. MaddieDraw is a coloring and drawing app made for children and meant to be used with a grown-up's awareness. By using it, you agree to these terms on behalf of your family.

Using the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use MaddieDraw for your family's own enjoyment. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or try to extract the app's artwork or code. The app, its name, and its artwork belong to us.

Your child's creations

Anything your child draws or colors is theirs. Artwork is saved on your device, and deleting the app removes it. We don't claim ownership of your child's creations.

MaddieDraw Plus & purchases

MaddieDraw is free to play. An optional MaddieDraw Plus subscription unlocks the full library and all modes. Purchases sit behind a parental check and are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) — we never see your payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your device's account settings. Refunds are handled under Apple's or Google's policies.

For grown-ups

MaddieDraw is designed for children but intended to be set up and supervised by an adult. Only a grown-up should make a purchase, and a parental gate is there to help. You're responsible for the device and account your child uses.

The app is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep MaddieDraw delightful and safe, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, MaddieDraw is provided "as is," and our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app grows. We'll post changes here and update the date above; continuing to use MaddieDraw means you accept the current version.
