Delete Your Account

MaddieDraw has no sign-in and no accounts to create — it's built for children and collects no personal information from them. Here, “your account” means the small amount of data tied to your device: your child's locally-saved artwork, an anonymous on-device id, any MaddieDraw Plus subscription records, and — if you joined our launch list as a parent — your email address. This page explains how to delete all of it.
How to request deletion
On your device (iOS & Android). Uninstalling MaddieDraw permanently removes everything stored on the device — your child's artwork and the anonymous on-device id — with nothing left behind.
By email. To remove any records held on our servers, send a request from your contact email to privacy@maddiedraw.com with the subject “Delete my data.” We'll confirm and erase them.
How long it takes
We process every deletion request within 30 days of receiving it — and usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
Everything associated with you and your device: your child's saved artwork, the anonymous on-device id, your MaddieDraw Plus purchase and subscription records, and your launch-list email if you gave us one — unless we're legally required to retain something (see below).
What we keep
The only thing we may retain is the minimum the law requires — for example, basic transaction records that tax or anti-fraud rules oblige us to keep — and only for the statutory minimum period. These are never used for any other purpose and are deleted once that period ends.
